My EXL process followed a simple three-step format: an initial HR round, then a technical round, and then a final round.

The flow itself felt straightforward, like they wanted to quickly align background and fit before deepening technical evaluation.

After the final discussion, we moved right into salary discussion, and I received the offer letter within the same day. That last part surprised me because the turnaround felt unusually fast compared to what I’d seen elsewhere.

In the end, it felt efficient and decisive. The part that lingered wasn’t any one question, but how quickly they moved from early screening into a final decision.
