My interview was a technical fit round followed by a combined quant and behavioral round, and the process had a very “gated” feel.

Each stage required both moderators to approve before I could continue.

That made me take every answer seriously, because I could feel how much the next step depended on being evaluated cleanly. The quant and behavioral segment wasn’t just a formality, and I ended up having to push through a lot of challenging case-style thinking.

Overall it felt demanding, but it also felt like the bar was consistent. I walked away remembering that the case and structured problem solving were the main currency of the interview.
