EXL Service Consultant interview experience

The HR side made it feel transparent—culture, expectations, and what came next were communicated clearly—and it reduced a lot of uncertainty during the hiring stretch.

They also moved quickly in terms of coordination, but it did create pressure to align sooner than I’d planned. I ended up feeling like they were eager to get things moving toward onboarding, even if I had prior commitments.

Even with that urgency, the communication felt respectful and helpful overall. I didn’t just get interviews—I got a sense of direction until onboarding, and that clarity stuck with me after it was done.
