EXL Service Software Engineer interview experience

The interviewer asked about my experience and skills, then dug into behavioral-style questions like times I handled challenges and how I managed deadlines.

We also talked about company culture and future growth, which made the tone feel more human than purely technical. I got to discuss how I fit for the role, and there was also space for me to ask questions at the end.

I didn’t get an offer. Still, the experience itself felt professional and respectful, and the closure included the chance to ask what I needed to know.
