EXL Service Consultant interview experience

It involved a group effort where the questions were pretty straightforward, and it didn’t take a lot of time compared to heavier multi-round formats.

There was also a typing test and a small assessment that I found easy, which made the screening feel more like a quick evaluation of day-to-day capabilities. Separately, I had exposure to a campus format where a written exam came first, and after qualifying there were two interviews mixing coding and aptitude. That whole setup made the early stages feel like checkpoints rather than high-stakes theory.
