I interviewed for the Software Engineer role but the experience was dominated by unresponsive recruiting and negative screening interactions.

Recruiter screen (or early HR contact) — I encountered an HR screening that felt rude from the start.
Early assignment or stage (when offered) — in at least one case I was given proctored testing (CodeSignal) before things stalled.
Ghosting after next steps — I experienced prolonged silence after interviews or after coding stages, including unanswered follow-ups. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway is that the biggest risk was communication quality and follow-through rather than interview content.
