Circle Internet Financial Software Engineer interview experience

I ran into a prolonged, communication-heavy process where timing and recruiter follow-through became the deciding factor.

Long wait after an OA invite — I completed an hour-plus online technical assessment, then waited about six weeks before a recruiter reached out; the recruiter mainly focused on why I wanted to work at Circle.
Delayed rejection — after two more weeks, I received a generic rejection email even though I scored 100% on the coding exam. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway is that lack of reachable, responsive recruiting support can derail candidates regardless of performance.
