I experienced a recruiter/assessment start followed by interview rounds that felt uneven—sometimes due to guidance or engagement issues.

OA + recruiter + design/coding/pairing + behavior — an initial OA, recruiter chat, then design and coding sessions and a behavioral round; in the pair-programming portion, I felt the interviewer gave partially incorrect directions that wasted a large chunk of time.
CodeSignal then “BQ” interview — after CodeSignal, I had a round focused on fit and behavior (what interested me in Circle, my projects, and how I acted under pressure) rather than technical questions.
System design + pairing + behavioral — one general system-design round, one pair-programming task building a web
