I applied for the Software Engineer role and got stuck in a mid-funnel cycle of one or two online coding assessments, sometimes followed by a conversation, but without a consistent path to later interviews.

Online coding assessment (CodeSignal and/or HackerRank) — I was sent one or more timed coding challenges, including HackerRank-style tasks.
Recruiter check-in (limited) — in a few cases I had a recruiter conversation after the assessment, but it didn’t reliably open the door to more interviews.
Pairing with additional technical steps (when it happened) — one experience moved from proctored tests into a remote onsite with system design plus pair programming.
No clear communication / stalled next steps — other experiences ended after online work with silence or no
