I went through a multi-stage, more technical process that felt difficult and, in one case, hampered by interview quality.

Five-stage process — I was told the pipeline included an OA, an HR interview, technical interviews with engineer manager/senior engineer, another engineer-manager interview from a different office, and finally a VP interview.
Harder than it sounds for system design — a CodeSignal OA with multiple questions, then a recruiter screen, followed by a virtual onsite with three rounds that felt especially hard for someone without job experience for system design.
OA + take-home file system + virtual onsite — a recruiter call, then a 90-minute CodeSignal take-home-style task
