I went through an end-to-end loop with a take-home web app feature, then onsite coding and expansion—ending with an offer quickly after onsite.

Website application + take-home feature — A take-home task to add a small feature to a web app.
Phone call with hiring manager — Follow-up discussion after the take-home.
Onsite — Several simple coding exercises, then deeper extension of the take-home theme and a mutual fit discussion. Outcome: I received an offer the next day; overall the process felt responsive and well-supported, with a clear path from task to onsite.
