I interviewed for Software Engineer with a structured sequence of coding screens and an onsite, but it didn’t convert into an offer.

OA1 (CodeSignal) — I had to submit a Codesignal test report as part of the first online stage.
OA2 (Java concurrency) — a concurrency-focused problem in Java.
Phone interview — focused mainly on details of the position.
Onsite — three parts: system design, pair programming, and a third behavioral-type interview. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway is the loop combined coding depth (concurrency) with both design and collaboration rounds.
