I started positively with recruiter and hiring-manager interviews focused on system architecture, then the process stalled without closure.

Recruiter interview — Standard background questions plus a couple of simple technical questions.
Hiring manager conversation — A one-hour discussion emphasizing how I’d design a technical architecture solution for a given scenario; I felt the communication was clear and my answers were positively received. Outcome: I never received a decision; the most notable takeaway was the lack of follow-through after an otherwise good conversation.
