I ran into major scheduling and professionalism issues right before a technical screen.

Scheduled phone screen → Google Hangout attempt — They changed my call from a planned phone interview to a Hangout on short notice, requiring quick setup (camera/notebook) and on-time readiness.
No-show behavior — Nobody joined for about 15 minutes; I had to email to troubleshoot.
Cancellation after the reserved slot — I received an email stating they wouldn’t participate and wouldn’t consider my application. Outcome: No opportunity to interview; the experience was unprofessional enough that it immediately ended any chance to evaluate fit.
