I went through an HR-and-fit style start with a short, unscored case, then a closing question about fit over roughly a few weeks.

Initial round (managers / CV + fit) — I reviewed my CV with two managers, then answered personal-fit and motivation questions about Capgemini Invent.
Brainteaser + case + logistics — I had a brief opener, a brainteaser about estimating numbers in Germany, then a case study, followed by practical/organizational questions like location and equipment.
Short case (digital structuring) — I was asked to structure a digitalization project; there was no heavy calculation.

Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the feedback centered on not being the right fit for the role/team.
