London, EnglandPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a mid-difficulty consultant process in February that mixed one-to-one sessions with a half-day virtual group selection and a manager close.

Initial fit + case exercise — a combined 1-hour session with an interview where I covered fit and then handled a case with a senior consultant.
Group talent selection event — a half-day, virtual event designed to evaluate how I work with others.
Final fit with senior leadership — a 30-minute discussion with a senior manager/director. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but the structure was clear and aligned with typical Capgemini Invent steps.
