I went through a short, three-touch interview journey for a consultant role tied to a new data/AI team, with feedback timelines varying but the overall flow staying similar.

HR screen / first interview — an initial HR meeting about my profile and motivation.
Team conversation + focus on the area — a second round with someone from the team (for one process, this step was director-level to head-of-pillar rather than scenario-heavy).
Manager/lead final — the last conversation with a manager or higher-position leader; one version included a role-specific fallstudie/case element. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the process felt moderately difficult and more experience-oriented than “made-up scenario” tests.
