Issy-les-MoulineauxPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a lightweight consultant hiring loop with a fast case and a final principal conversation in early March.

HR fit / motivations — a first HR interview focused on my motivations and background.
Case interview — I was given about 30 minutes to prepare a proposed structure, then I presented my solution flow; it was described as a case with only a few questions.
Closing with a Principal — a final conversation with a senior leader to round things out. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, but the journey felt straightforward and not overly heavy on difficulty.
