I had a more technology/process-driven route where online steps and an assessment centre decided whether I advanced to a final 1:1.

Online questionnaire — I answered a set of prompts (including writing-heavy responses) and provided materials like a cover letter.
Assessment centre (group) — I participated in group activities (groups of four) as part of the assessment.
1:1 immediately after — I had a direct interview right after the assessment centre. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the process felt fairly elaborate and more structured than purely conversational.
