I interviewed for the Consultant role through a structured path that included both fit and manager-led cases, starting with coaching.

Coaching by a manager — coaching preparation alongside a referral/cooptation context.
HR fit interview — discussion to confirm motivation and alignment.
Content interview with a manager — deeper conversation about expectations for the role.
Case study + roleplay — a manager-led case and situation exercise.
Second HR interview — a final HR conversation. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that the case/roleplay stage is a major evaluation point in this journey.
