I went through a structured, manager-led pipeline with a mix of fit and case work, ending with a high-level stakeholder check.

RH + online skills test — I started with a human-resources encounter at a student forum, then completed an online competence test.
RH interview — I covered my background and motivations.
Manager interview: case study — I then had a manager discussion with a case study.
Validation interview with a VP — I finished with an additional validation round involving a VP.

Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the process felt formal and clearly segmented by stage.
