Capgemini Invent Consultant interview experience

• Business manager / recruiting day — I was put into a recruiting day flow after speaking with a business manager, and I was told I’d hear back by email.
• Multiple German interviews with mini-cases — In another similar path, I had three 60-minute interviews in German with smaller case elements and classic interview questions about previous project experience.

Outcome: I didn’t get a meaningful update or offer; the process ended with a lack of response and clarity.
