AustriaPosted Feb 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced an average-difficulty, mostly online process with a mix of personal fit interviews and repeated case elements, then a final higher-level match check.

Recruiter screen — A general conversation about my stage and career interest, followed by fit/background alignment questions.
Manager / business fit — Discussions with a manager or senior consultant about past experience, cooperation style, and how my skills map to the role.
Industry/capability check — A more skills-and-potential focused round emphasizing expertise, development trajectory, and role direction.
Case / situation exercise — High-level case work (sometimes under time pressure) plus a professional situation/prompting format to test approach.
