I went through an average-length consulting-style process with case work and a senior closure, but I didn’t end up hearing back in a timely or clear way.

Recruiter screen — I didn’t have a separate recruiter interview; early stages were with consultants.
Onsite / consultant rounds — Two interviews with consultants on a concrete case, including requests to propose solutions.
Manager / senior discussion + salary — A final conversation with an associate to discuss salary.
VP closing / panel — One longer panel session with a VP, including a 15-minute case-study presentation and four questions. Outcome: I was not offered the role; I left with very positive interactions but experienced delays and then no response after
