Capgemini Invent Consultant interview experience

• HR interview — I discussed my background, motivations, and fit.
• Operational interviews — I completed two operational rounds, including one about my path and one case aligned to a mission topic.
• Closing interview — I finished with a partner-equivalent for final alignment.

Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the operational depth didn’t ultimately result in a positive decision.
