Issy-les-MoulineauxPosted May 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a demanding multi-language and multi-interviewer screening that tested communication as well as role alignment.

CV screening — after applying, I moved to a phone/video HR stage.
HR + language tests — I did a test in English and then a French test running for over an hour.
Technical conversation — I spoke with a technician in a video format.
VP interview — I concluded with a VP interview by video. Outcome: I was told I obtained the position orally, but the recorded outcome doesn’t confirm a final offer; the takeaway is that language and executive interviews were central.
