I interviewed for the Consultant role at Capgemini Invent with a fairly structured, difficult sequence over roughly a month.

HR screen + motivation — a Teams/RH call focused on motivation, my background, and why I wanted the role.
Manager interview — a skills-and-posture discussion plus evaluation of how I approach work (often linked to consulting/analytic expectations).
Case study — a case where I had to walk through my reasoning and synthesize an approach.
Closing with VP/director — a final discussion to validate motivation and my growth areas from earlier interviews. Outcome: No offer; the process felt thorough, with multiple stages ending in a VP-style closing.
