I had a three-step consultant interview in French that combined clear fit questions, a structured case with a manager, and a formal closing with a VP.

Entretien RH — motivation plus company/domain knowledge, covering my CV and experience broadly.
Study case with manager — I was evaluated on reasoning and clarity/synthesis, with deeper discussion of my CV and previous experiences.
Closing with VP — I discussed motivation to join the team; the closing was serious and required a professional posture. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that clarity and professionalism mattered throughout, especially in the VP close.
