I experienced a standard Capgemini Invent structure where a pitch and a case were key, following an initial HR screening.

HR screen — a first conversation focused on fit and motivation.
Consultant rounds with pitching — I needed to deliver a presentation pitch, then they discussed my background and my view of the firm; interviews proceeded across senior levels (senior consultant, then manager).
Case study — the process ended with a case exercise. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that presenting confidently and aligning with consulting expectations mattered early.
