I interviewed for a Consultant role through a multi-step process that mixed structured questions with recorded video Q&A and testing, and I felt the outcome was impacted by poor interviewer handling.

CV screen — My application was reviewed before moving on.
Recorded video Q&A — I answered a set of prompts via a website recording flow.
Telephone interviews — Two calls followed: one mainly competency-based and one more technical.
Group exercise — I then did a group assessment where collaboration and presentation mattered. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer; the process included STAR-style strengths, but I felt an interviewer didn’t accurately capture or recognize my answers, leading to weak feedback.
