Atlanta, GAPosted Nov 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced an interview loop where the case was the centerpiece: I did substantial prep, presented a structured solution, and then finished with a leadership discussion.

HR / fit — I first met for an initial fit-style conversation.
Onsite / case with manager — I went through a case in person; I spent significant time preparing, then presented my approach/structure to show how I think.
Closing with VP/lead — I wrapped up with a senior leader (VP/principal-level) focusing on motivation to join and fit. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but the case and presentation format felt well-run and not overly adversarial.
