ParisPosted Apr 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a relatively smooth, multi-round Consultant process with clear stage structure, moving from fit into case work and ending with a partner-level closing.

Fit round (45 min) — A first conversation with a consultant focusing on motivation and fit.
Case / shortened fit (35 min) — A second round that combined a brief fit component with case discussion.
VP/closing (45 min) — A final closing conversation with a VP or similarly senior leader.
Case-based interview sequence — In another similar flow, I did an in-depth HR fit call, then a one-hour case, then a closing with a partner. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer; overall the interview quality was friendly and fair, but I still didn’t reach a positive decision.
