My process was lighter in pressure and felt relaxed, with straightforward fit questions followed by case work and time to ask my own questions.

Self-introduction + HR/fit — I started with mutual introductions and personal fit questions.
Case study (plus follow-ups) — I worked through a case and answered multiple questions tied to the scenario.
Second case / business relevance — A more specialized, function- or domain-linked case.
Q&A / reversing the interview — I was encouraged to ask questions back at the end of rounds. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the atmosphere was calm and collaborative, but the final decision still didn’t go my way.
