BarcelonaPosted Jul 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a simple two-stage interview (senior manager then VP) or similarly structured short pipeline, and it generally felt relaxed and professional.

Senior manager round — I had a CV walkthrough with a few deeper dives on relevant areas.
Case/culture closing — In some flows, this was followed by either a culture-fit conversation or a business-case discussion.
English/capability angle + final VP — Another similar process included a business case plus English capability testing, then a final interview with an area VP.

Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer in the captured experiences; overall tone was positive, but the decision didn’t go my way.
