Belgium, WIPosted Jul 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a multi-round consulting pipeline with fit, then a case, then a client-evolution simulation, and I struggled to land the final fit/leadership view.

Fit interview — I started with an HR-style fit conversation.
Case study — I then completed a practical case exercise.
Client-facing situation: evolution capability — I had a scenario to assess how I could adapt and perform with the client.
Final VP conversation — I finished with a vice president who focused on culture/fit and/or deeper refinement of career direction.

Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the final stage didn’t validate my overall match to the leadership expectations.
