PunePosted May 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an average-difficulty, multi-round software engineering loop with repeated focus on basics and an HR wrap-up.

Round 1: Technical discussion — About an hour of technical conversation covering foundational OOP concepts; at times I was also prompted around SQL basics and example write-ups.
Round 2: Managerial round — About an hour focusing on how I’d work in a team and how my experience maps to the role.
Round 3: HR round — A final HR-focused conversation to close out the process. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, but the loop felt structured and aligned to fundamentals.
