I had a frustrating process where I progressed through interviews but was later left hanging or delayed without clear reasons.

Recruiter/phone intro — I first spoke with HR or a recruiter and then expected the next rounds.
Technical interviews — I had technical conversations with senior developers/hiring teams and resume-based discussions.
Manager/HR stages — I reached the later steps where HR or hiring-manager alignment was discussed.
Outcome breakdown — Even after doing well, the position was put on hold or I was ghosted, with no clear feedback. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was to be cautious about open/confirmed role status and follow-ups.
