I experienced an overall average process centered on C#/.NET fundamentals, OOP, and light architecture thinking, with a straightforward path from technical to HR.

Technical round — A basics-heavy discussion and/or Q&A around C#, .NET, and OOP; I also got scenario-style questions tied to my background.
Technical follow-up / panel — Deeper dive into projects I’d worked on, plus more fundamentals; in one version I had a pen-and-paper coding task and a logical reasoning test.
Managerial round — Questions to connect my experience and collaboration style to the team’s needs.
HR round — Typically salary or general HR conversation to finalize. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but the interviews felt fair and grounded in role-relevant
