I went through a tougher, less predictable process that combined multiple technical stages, a manager round, and sometimes an online English test, with delays after early selection.

Online / written or test stage — I was given an assessment link first; clearing it was required before the interview days.
Technical round(s) — Multiple tech conversations focused heavily on OOP concepts like interfaces and other OOP topics.
Manager round — A managerial discussion as the penultimate step.
HR round + English test — HR came at the end, and at least one version also included an online English test. Outcome: I didn’t advance to the final stages, and the timeline/difficulty left me feeling the process was demanding rather than friendly.
