I had a heavier, multi-stage interview that leaned on quick technical calls followed by HR/communications filters, and it felt a bit drawn out.

Technical round — A short (around 30 minutes) technical conversation in a video call format.
Technical round — Another ~30-minute technical discussion.
HR (salary-focused) — A telephonic HR conversation centered on compensation.
Client round — Another ~30-minute call labeled as a client discussion.
HR/English — A final HR round that included an English grammar test. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the main takeaway was that communication/English and HR screens were as decisive as technical depth.
