New DelhiPosted Oct 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a fairly straightforward, competency-style process that started with easy English grammar and then moved into structured rounds, with me repeatedly waiting for updates.

English test (computer/MCQ) — Around 40 fill-in-the-blank style questions in a short window; it was described as very easy.
Technical face-to-face — Technical questioning on topics like OOP plus SQL, along with scenario-based prompts; in one version, it included a puzzle.
Managerial/behavioral round — Short discussion about projects, experience, and education.
HR round / salary discussion — A phone call covering basics and salary negotiation.

Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was that the rounds were not overly tricky, but update delays and extra HR
