My interview looked more like a structured assessment day than a traditional back-and-forth technical set, combining multiple formats for technical and reasoning evaluation.

Welcome presentation + multi-assessment day — a welcome session explained instructions and company context.
Traditional technical interview — assessing my technical skills and background.
Critical thinking situational interview — scenario-based questions focused on reasoning.
Group activity — a collaborative exercise to evaluate how I work with others. Outcome: No offer; takeaway: they prioritized both individual technical ability and how I think and collaborate in different formats.
