I went through a more demanding, foundations-heavy process involving English gates plus multiple technical rounds (often deep into C# OOP and design patterns), sometimes with a day-long group format and then HR.

Written/English test — I started with a written test/English grammar gate.
Technical interviews (often multiple) — I went through one or more rounds covering C# OOP, .NET concepts, delegates/anonymous functions, design patterns (and tradeoffs), and SQL/queries.
Managerial round — I answered questions about my experience and how I work.
Group discussion / team exercise — In some cases, I had a group discussion and even teamwork-oriented coding/program-writing tasks.
HR round — HR came last, sometimes with salary negotiation and background
