PunePosted Sep 2014 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a fairly standard, mostly smooth multi-round process for the Software Engineer role, with mostly OOP and behavioral/project discussion across about one to two days.

HR / recruiter screen — a phone conversation about my background and the role.
Technical interview — C#/.NET and OOP basics (including access modifiers/keywords and related concepts).
Managerial / project-focused discussion — questions about my last worked projects and how I approached prior work.
Technical panel via Google Hangouts (or equivalent) — an OOP interpretation discussion; in one case the session included multiple attendees who didn’t seem engaged.
HR wrap-up / logistics — friendly coordination and a “values/person-fit” tone, with little waiting
