Malvern, PAPosted May 2012 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had an OOP-and-C#-heavy interview path that started with fundamentals and programming topics and expanded into database and language comparison questions over Skype.

C# fundamentals technical — questions on hashtables, string splitting, delegates, plus general programming basics.
Skype technical interview — deeper programming basics, database normalization, and index topics (clustered vs non-clustered).
Language/OOP conceptual coverage — polymorphism, OOP, and differences between C++/C#/Java. Outcome: No offer; takeaway: they tested breadth across language syntax, OOP, and practical data concepts.
