I went through an interview flow that started with a short, easy English grammar check and then moved through several face-to-face rounds, ending with HR.

English test — An MCQ/fill-in-the-blanks style test on a computer.
Technical face-to-face — Questions on OOP and SQL, plus scenario-based discussion; one version also mentioned a puzzle.
Managerial round — A quick check on projects and experience.
HR round — Phone discussion of background plus salary negotiation.

Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was that it was structured and generally approachable, but the process felt slow to close.
