I went through a fairly standard, English-first hiring flow for the Software Engineer role, with a technical and then managerial/HR step, all within a short window.

Written/English test — I took an English language/grammar test first (described as easy), as an initial gate.
Technical round — I was then tested on basic technical topics for about 45 minutes, focusing on foundational problem-solving and OOP/.NET-style fundamentals.
Managerial + HR — The remaining steps combined a manager round (behavior and background on how I planned/executed work) with an HR conversation. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; I cleared the early stages but didn’t receive an offer—this process felt average in difficulty and pace.
