Act Digital Software Engineer interview experience

I left with the impression that they hadn’t fully read my resume, because they seemed to be looking for something different from what I had presented.

Still, they handled it in a constructive way: they gave me a few tips during the conversation and then forwarded my CV to another team. That made the experience feel more respectful than a straight rejection.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the process at least had a positive friction—quick feedback and a meaningful next step. The standout part for me was that even with the mismatch, they found a way to route me elsewhere.
