I got pulled into the process fairly late, starting with an initial phone call about my application after I had been sent a coding game test.

There was no long chain of steps after that—just silence.

I remember trying to follow up once I didn’t hear anything. I reached out because I wanted either confirmation or a clear rejection, but it felt like the communication lacked professionalism, and I never got a real answer.

The technical piece wasn’t the part that bothered me most; it was the absence of feedback afterward. The overall difficulty wasn’t described as extremely hard, but the process felt unfinished, and I ended up with a no-offer experience that left me wishing for basic closure.
