Act Digital Software Engineer interview experience

They asked a bit about my background, and then spent time talking about the company and some plans for the future, along with the benefits they offered.

It didn’t feel like a deep interview so much as a presentation of the organization. The questions were light and the conversation moved fast, which made it easy to stay engaged.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the interaction itself was pleasant and low pressure; the main reflection I’m left with is that it was more about showcasing the company than digging into technical fit.
